One of
the most beautiful courses in the world in so many ways. DJ has pretty much summed it up. It has haunted us ever since we went and we will return one day to better our scores and sit once more overlooking one of the prettiest bays in the world....

As good as it's made out to be
A beautiful course in the most stunning of settings. The holes along the cliffs with Carmel beach and Stillwater cove in the background are breathtaking, and I don't think there is anywhere finer to enjoy an after-round drink than in the Lodge. Hugely expensive, but worth saving up for - would dearly love to play there again :-)

Top class and one of the hardest courses I have ever played.......

One of the best in the South East. I've seen a few England footballers on the course here... but don't let that put you off!

I was taken here for my 40th birthday - a beautiful course, tricky and greens like glass - worth every penny!

Sounds like a necessary addition to Neil's Top 100 Pubs...

Think it must be. It's where Rob and Kathy have taken me several times . They are in Codicote but I think the Brocket Arms is closer to their stables and menage.
Gladys 10:18:36 | 20 Aug 2010
Is that nearby?
DJ 10:28:58 | 17 Aug 2010
No comment on the course but have you eaten at the Brocket Arms? Very good!
