I have had the honour
twice now of being a part of these incredible kitchens. Run in a calm, professional way I had an amazing experience seeing mainly local foods enter the kitchen and each and every part of these being used in all sorts of ways to produce consistent top class dishes. The attention to detail is endless....has anyone ever peeled hundreds of walnuts!!?

I highly recommend saving your pennies and going to eat there one day....you will talk about it for many years after.....bon appetit.

Has to be tried once (or twice!)
Truly spectacular setting, faultless service and a genuine dining experience.

Some of the dishes on the tasting menu were superb - the mushroom risotto was the best I have ever tasted and a triumph - while others were maybe lacking a little balance (heavy on the main ingredient, light on the delicious veg), but hard to really pick any holes.

The wine we were recommended, if rather over-priced, was magnificent.

Ate here last night, uber trendy setup, good service and really excellent food. Highly recommended.
