To answer all of your questions in a sentence: At mignight, in the north pole, an Eskimo took this photo with a Canon D5 MKII !!!!
............back to the more mundane truth and reality........... I was sitting in front of my Mac using a fun little app called Photo Booth, I set it to rapid snap mode made some faces and there ya go! Liked this one best!
